Ascent Lakeside: Successfully Completed the 2025 Periodic Fire Prevention, Fighting, and Rescue Drill

With the objective of ensuring maximum safety for our residents' living environment, on December 20, 2025, the Ascent Lakeside Management Board coordinated with the Ho Chi Minh City Police Department of Fire Prevention, Fighting, and Rescue (PCCC & CNCH) to successfully organize practical training and drills.

The core focus of the drill included:

• Professional Skill Enhancement: Staff and on-site forces received comprehensive training on fire safety knowledge, rescue skills, and safe evacuation techniques.

• Practical Operations: Testing the readiness of fire alarm systems, elevators, and specialized technical equipment in emergency situations.

• Coordination and Synergy: Enhancing the ability to coordinate between the Management Board and functional forces to respond promptly to all incidents.

The drill was conducted with seriousness and professionalism, contributing to the maintenance of safety standards at the building. At Ascent Lakeside, we continuously upgrade operational procedures to provide the most secure and fulfilling living space for our residents.
