According to a Pax Sky representative, amidst an increasingly competitive office market in Ho Chi Minh City, operational quality, safety, and long-term stability have become pivotal factors for tenants. Partnering with 5PM is regarded as a strategic move to standardize management practices and progressively bring the Pax Sky system closer to international operational standards.

The signing ceremony took place at Pax Sky's headquarters with the attendance of representatives from both enterprises. The event not only affirms Pax Sky's long-term investment commitment to service quality but also ushers in a more professional, transparent, and sustainable operational phase in the near future.

After more than 13 years of establishment and growth, Pax Sky currently operates an office network across prime locations in Ho Chi Minh City—ranging from the central areas of District 1 and District 3 to Binh Thanh District—with a total exploitable area of over 31,000 m², serving more than 100 domestic and international enterprises.

Under the partnership agreement, Fine Property Management (5PM) will synchronously deploy management and operational standards across the entire Pax Sky system, encompassing: technical management, safety and fire prevention, sanitation and landscaping, customer care, and service quality control. Simultaneously, 5PM will establish systems for evaluation, control, and periodic reporting procedures to ensure service quality is maintained stably, transparently, and with continuous improvement capabilities.

During the initial deployment phase, Pax Sky and 5PM will focus on upgrading critical technical components, standardizing operational procedures, and gradually applying technology to monitoring, receiving feedback, and processing tenant requests. The objectives are to optimize operational efficiency, increase satisfaction levels, and deliver an increasingly professional office usage experience for customers.

A Pax Sky representative stated that the partnership with 5PM is not only a short-term solution to enhance service quality but also serves as the foundation for a long-term development strategy, aiming to build a stable, safe, and reliable office rental system for the 2026–2030 period.
